1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using keyholding.app (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree to these terms, don’t use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. Nature of the Service

keyholding.app is an adult-oriented platform for timed lock challenges. The Service involves themes related to consensual power exchange, chastity keyholding, and kink dynamics. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept the adult nature of this content.

The Service is designed for consensual, recreational use between adults. It is not a substitute for professional advice, therapy, or counseling.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use keyholding.app. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 18.

4. Your Account

You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your password secure and don’t share your login with others.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One person, one account — don’t create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bans.

5. Acceptable Use

When using keyholding.app, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Engage in non-consensual activities or pressure others into participation
• Share, distribute, or create content involving minors in any capacity
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or private data
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s infrastructure
• Circumvent any rate limits, security measures, or access restrictions
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or phishing attempts

6. Consent & Safety

All activities facilitated through keyholding.app must be fully consensual between all involved parties. You are responsible for establishing your own boundaries and respecting those of others. The Service provides tools for timed challenges — you retain full responsibility for your physical safety and well-being at all times.

Always maintain access to an emergency override or backup key. keyholding.app is not responsible for any physical harm resulting from your use of the Service.

7. AI Keyholder

The Service includes AI-powered keyholder features. AI keyholders are automated systems that generate responses using third-party AI services. Their responses are generated content, not professional advice. You acknowledge that AI keyholders are not real people and their instructions should be followed at your own discretion and risk.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@keyholding.app.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and features, is owned by keyholding.app. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to operate the Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We don’t guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Timers, locks, and other features are provided for entertainment purposes. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from timer malfunctions, service outages, or data loss.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, keyholding.app and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, or emotional distress, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we need to for legal or safety reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (see our Privacy Policy for details).

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
